CHEYENNE, WY – September 16, 2019. Bigwigg, a new social network, launched today. Bigwigg is a free speech alternative to popular social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter.
“It is becoming more and more difficult for people to get their thoughts and opinions out due to the censorship and shadow-banning on the major sites,” said Sterling Szymanski, News Editor at Bigwigg. “There is a desperate need for alternative sites that don’t censor based on ideology or bigoted perspectives masquerading as “fact-checking.”
The Bigwigg site has a main feed page called the “Bigstream” which is an alternative to the feed page of Twitter. Bigwigg also has friend and follow features to allow users to form social networks. Bigwigg also has a groups feature that allows users to join or create groups of like-minded individuals.
